Publications
In the past, I attended several trainings and in all fields I have been working for several employers.

In 1991 I completed the training systems management at the Vrouwenvakschool Informatica in Amsterdam,

Since 1991 until 1996 I was employed by the AMC as System Administrator for the Faculty of Medicine.

From 1996 to the present I work at the Bioinformatics Laboratory at the AMC. My function is to support research and education. In general, support of the department servers and maintenance/developing various applications. (see Software and Databases page on http://bioinformaticslaboratory.nl).

From 2009 to August 2011 I focused on e-Bioscience; Grid support and developing / documenting Workflows.

Current projects: Developing the web interface for Zellweger Vocabulary, and recently involved in the Metabolomics visualization project.
